Tesla Model 3 Unveiling on the 1st of April 2016
If you have been keeping up with the Tesla vehicles, the unveiling of their new vehicle, the Model 3, will be unveiled on the 1st of April 2016 at 4:30PM NZT. It is being unveiled in North America, which means their date and time is actually the 31st of March at 8:30PM PT.
Tesla will most likely be unveiling the Model 3 via a video stream on its website: https://www.teslamotors.com/.
While the delivery of the Tesla Model 3 won’t be until late 2017, Tesla just wants to show to us what they have been working on. I don’t know about you, but I am very excited to see what the Model 3 will bring us, considering the Model S was my favourite luxury vehicle of 2015!
The Tesla Model 3 will apparently be cheaper than the Model S, so it will be aimed towards the consumers who want a luxury vehicle for a lower price point. While it will not be cheap as chips, it is Tesla’s way of aiming to go mass-market with its lineup of all-electric vehicles.
Unfortunately, Tesla Motors do not have a presence in New Zealand just yet.
Wouldn’t it be nice if we could organise a test drive of the Tesla Model S here in New Zealand! Who in New Zealand owns a Tesla Model S?
