Telecom TEDx Auckland 2013
So I have been invited to attend the Telecom TEDx event, which is an event held by Telecom as “a bit of a warm-up” to the actual TEDx event held on the 3rd of August 2013.
The Telecom TEDx is being held tomorrow night (31st of July 2013) and I will be tweeting pictures on the event as it progresses. My Twitter username is: @matthewc1465
The Telecom TEDx event will have two speakers on the day:
- Dr Andreas Weingend, who is a Former Chief Scientist at Amazon.com,
- Pete Russell, who is the founder of a local produce home delivery company, Ooooby.
The original TEDx, which will be held on the 3rd of August, is designed for communities, organizations and individuals to share ideas to the rest of us like-minded people, and to open up ideas for us. To share their experiences with us. Yes, trying to explain to people what TEDx is, is pretty hard! But basically, it is presenters sharing their experiences with us that share the same ideas…
Telecom’s TEDx, which is tomorrow night, the speaker/s will be talking about how data has evolved over the past few years, and how this “valuable insight” will try and help new New Zealand businesses grow into successful businesses.
