[News] Google Introduces Google Keep note-taking apps for Android and Web
Do you want an alternative to Evernote’s note taking app? Enter Google Keep! Google Keep is a note-taking app which allows you to create, save and share notes, pictures, task lists and other content or notes in a well organised manner.
Not only does the experience stop there, it is also integrated with your Google Drive and that means all your notes and data are synced and accessible from any device across the web. You can head over to http://drive.google.com/keep to edit and create notes on the web.
Google also adds in a voice feature which allows you to control the app and can even transcribe voice memos for you automatically too!
This app does require Android 4.0 ICS or higher for it to be able to work, but this shouldn’t matter if you have reasonably new hardware. If you are one of the lucky ones to get Jelly Bean 4.2, there is also a lock screen widget that makes taking notes down with Google Keep even more easier.
