[News] Easy-To-Use Self Service Coffee Machine at Auckland City Hospital
Foodco New Zealand are proud to announce our new Self-Service checkout kiosk at Auckland City Hospital at Jamaica Blue. The Self-Service checkout kiosk is designed for hospital staff and visitors in a hurry so that everyone can have the perfect coffee customised to their personal taste, all operated from the new tablet.
Most of the hospital staff are already using a Jamaica Blue Keepcup which gives a year round price of a $3 top-up for any drink or visitors to the hospital can grab a traditional take-away.
Working with our software and EFTPOS providers we have made sure we can offer payWave and Apple Pay to make transactions even quicker. (This is very handy for BNZ customers too who now have the ability to pay via their Android phone too!)
Jon Hassall reminded us about the short nature of the paid and unpaid breaks employees are entitled to these days.
“We know working lunches and breaks are getting shorter around the country so we have designed a solution to maximise time but keeping the all-important part of customising your coffee at the heart of this new initiative.
As well as the Keepcup offer for hospital staff, visitors and patients can use our best in class Caribbean Club by scanning their own card to collect a free coffee and a bonus free coffee on registration”
